1901 British antique sterling silver double door card case 103g William Aitken
SKU: 202407194435
We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver card case.
This is a card case that would have been custom-made for an upper-class person at the time.
The surface decoration is so beautiful that no two pieces are alike.
This was created in 1901 by William Aitken of Chester, England.
The entire piece is decorated with intricate leaf patterns, and the cartouche is engraved with a monogram that is believed to be the initials of the first owner.
It has a double opening and has a green cloth pocket inside and a celluloid tablet for notes.
It is large enough to fit current business cards without any problem and can hold about 10 business cards.
We hope that this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one!
