Operation guarantee of the watch
1 month watch operation guarantee
For watches sold as working products, if they stop working within one month of delivery, we will repair them free of charge.
However, the warranty does not cover "damage or malfunction caused by external factors such as dropping or getting wet" or "watch accuracy."
Regarding "clock accuracy," an approximate guide is provided in the product description, but this may vary slightly depending on factors such as the usage environment.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee against minor deviations in accuracy, but if the deviation appears to be significantly greater than described from the start, this may be due to a breakdown during transportation, so please contact us immediately.
Repairs and maintenance after the warranty period has expired
Old watches are very delicate.

Mechanical watches require an overhaul (disassembly, cleaning, and oiling) every 3 to 4 years.
Since manufacturers often cannot provide maintenance and repairs for old watches, please consult a store that specializes in antique watches.
For watches purchased at our store, regardless of when they were purchased, we will provide support for repairs and overhauls if you contact us.
Depending on where you live, we may be able to introduce you to a nearby specialty store.
