Due to the characteristics of antique and vintage products that have been in production for a long time, some products may have scratches, stains, or other defects.
Please check the product photos and product description carefully before deciding to purchase.

Although conspicuous scratches that clearly impair usability and aesthetics are described in the product description, there are some items that are not listed individually for wear, small scratches, and dents that do not impair aesthetics.

Please understand in advance that we may not be able to meet the customer's request for a perfect condition like a new product.

If you wish to return a product
Please contact us within 7 days after arrival using the inquiry form.


1. If there is a defect or initial defect that is not described in the product description

・We will refund the full amount after the return.
・We will bear the shipping cost for the return (cash on delivery).
・The refund method will be decided after consultation with the customer.
・We will consider repairs, exchanges with other products, and partial refunds according to the content after consultation with the customer.


2. If the delivered product is different from the order

・We will re-deliver the ordered product after the return.
・We will bear the shipping cost for the return (cash on delivery).
・If the ordered product cannot be delivered, it will be canceled and a full refund will be given.

3. If the product does not arrive

・After confirming with the shipping company, we will refund the full amount if it is found to be lost.

4. In the case of a return due to the customer's preference, such as the product received being "different from the image"

・After returning the item, we will refund the amount after deducting the actual expenses such as the settlement fee and shipping fee.
・Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
