This is a work by Aaron Hadfield, Sheffield, England, circa 1860.
The sterling silver handle shows a lot of wear and tear from age and the knife is one handle short, but there are no noticeable scratches or dents and it is well maintained.
The blade is silver plated and made by Elkington.
The blade is beautifully decorated with piercings and engravings and is in good condition.
Comes with a cloth roll case.
