This is a 1850 piece by HJ Lias & Son, London, England.
A pair of serving cutlery for serving fish dishes.
Both the handle and the blade are made of sterling silver.
The handle is a classic Kings pattern that has an antique feel.
The blade is pierced and beautifully engraved with plants and fish.
It is made entirely of pure silver and is large in size and quite heavy.
