1840 British Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Bowl 390g Barnard Family
SKU: 202402094097
We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver sugar bowl.
This is a work from 1840 by the very popular Bernard family, who are said to be the oldest silversmiths in the UK.
This large sugar bowl has a sturdy form with beautiful curves, and is typical of this era.
The carvings and internal gold plating are still intact, and it is in such good condition that it is hard to believe it was made over 180 years ago.
Also arriving in stock is a bachelor-sized teapot that appears to have been made as part of a set and has what appears to be a family crest engraved on it.
