1903 British Antique Sterling Silver Double-Opening Card Case, 111g, Horace Woodward
SKU: 202508305724
We would like to introduce a British antique, pure silver card case.
This piece was made in 1903 by "Horace Woodward & Co Ltd" in Birmingham, England.
It's a double-opening type, and both lids have a wavy, diagonal design.
The entire piece is decorated with plant leaf motifs, and the cartouche is engraved with a monogram that appears to be the initials of the first owner.
The inside has leather pockets on both sides, and it's sized to fit current business cards.
A celluloid board for memos and a small, push-type pencil made of sterling silver are also included.
I hope this "once-in-a-lifetime" encounter will lead to a special meeting!
