This is a work made by the prestigious British silver plate company, Elkington, in 1868.
The bowl is beautifully decorated with floral and scroll patterns.
There is little peeling of the plating or wear to the engraving, and the item is in good condition.
Since the cutlery is large, it looks great even just displayed.
