Circa 1890 Antique Pountet Chavet Pocket Watch with Gold Filling and Gunmetal Case in Good Working Condition
SKU: 202404264232
We would like to introduce you to some antique Swiss pocket watches.
This is a gold-plated and gunmetal case pocket watch believed to be from around 1890.
The dial, case and movement have the words "Pountet Chavet, Andres Jaime" on them, but I couldn't find any further details.
This is a beautiful case that combines gold and black beautifully.
The dial features a cartouche dial with raised indexes and is beautifully decorated in silver and gold.
It is unknown whether it has had an overhaul, and the spring appears to be weakly fixed so it will not stop winding, but it has still run accurately for around 30 hours.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
