Introducing a British antique sterling silver tea caddy spoon.

This one was made in 1901 by Elly Isaac Miller of London, England, and seems to have been imported from Germany.
Is there a whale in the bowl that seems to be a mythological scene? There is a sculpture of a person being attacked.
The tip of the handle is engraved with an angel.
As a tea caddy spoon, it is large and heavy.
