This is a 1906 work by the Walker and Hall workshop in Sheffield, England.
Walker and Hall was a prestigious international workshop with branches not only in the UK but all over the world.
The entire piece is richly decorated with reliefs and earrings.
Although it is a small compote, the legs are not hollow, so the center of gravity is low and stable, and it feels heavier than it looks.
