Around 1899, this piece was made by MAPPIN & WEBB, a high-end jewelry store that was a purveyor to the British royal family.
A total of 12 cutlery sets, 6 knives and 6 forks.
The mother-of-pearl handle is beautifully carved,
The blade has many small scratches, but it is decorated with delicate carvings with plant motifs.
It is perfectly housed in a wooden box from MAPPIN & WEBB.
