This is a pocket watch made around 1886 with a silver case inlaid with black alloy material.
The case back is decorated with a beautiful niello decoration and a monogram that seems to be the initials of the first owner.
There is little peeling on the niello part, and the watch has a beautiful combination of silver, black, and gold.
Although it is a slightly smaller watch at about a size 12, it can be used by both men and women.
The overhaul history is unknown, but the balance swings well and is moving smoothly and energetically.
