This is called a baccarat dealer card case, and when playing the card game baccarat

・There is something like a hallmark on the inside of both lids, but it is unclear.
But it has been tested to be made of sterling silver.
・It opens and closes smoothly, but the opening and closing button is missing and the lid cannot be snapped.
