We would like to introduce you to an antique pocket watch from Swiss WILKA.

WILKA is a watch manufacturer founded in Geneva in 1902 by Wilhelm Kaufmann.
The company is not well known because it disappeared in the 1960s, but it seems to have been a top-class manufacturer that made repeater watches and other items.

This is a pocket watch with a thin 18K solid gold case in Art Deco style.
The bezel and bow are decorated with intricate Niello inlay, and the back cover has a lattice design.
The year of manufacture is unknown, but judging from the design it is thought to be from the 1930s or 1940s.
It is unknown whether it has been overhauled, but the balance wheel is in good condition and ticks along smoothly.
