This is a 1927 work by "Collet and Anderson" in London, England.
This 4-piece set includes 2 nylon brushes with handles and 2 hand brushes with pig bristle.
Both brushes are smaller than regular brushes, so they are probably meant for children.
The main body is a combination of sterling silver and light green leather that looks like stingray leather.
The bristles are still strong and can still be used for things like clothes brushes.
