This is the work of Aidie Brothers in Birmingham, England in 1939.
A 3-piece set consisting of a sterling silver body and a nylon bristle brush.
It is decorated with a transparent gold enamel pattern called guilloche.
The nylon bristles are still strong and can still be used for clothes brushes.
