This is a piece by MAPPIN & WEBB, a high-class jewelry store that is a purveyor to the British royal family.
A set of spoons, forks and knives for cakes.
There seems to have been another wide spoon like a sugar shovel, but it has been lost.
Beautiful cutlery with Art Nouveau style decorations throughout.
