Introducing a sterling silver cigarette case from antique Britain.
This is a sterling silver cigarette case, entirely hand-engraved, made in 1919 by the silversmiths Constantine & Floyd in Birmingham, UK.
The sophisticated scroll pattern typical of British antiques completely covers the front and back of the case, and an artistic monogram is engraved on the central shield.
Inside, a soft gold plating, beautifully preserved, strongly evokes the atmosphere of the era.
It can accommodate cigarettes up to about 75mm in length.
