Made by T.H. Hazlewood & Co., Birmingham, England, 1914.
The soft, plant-like garland decorations are combined with contrasting, linear geometric patterns to create a very intelligent and refined decoration.
It also has a monogram engraved on it that is believed to be the initials of the first owner.
It comes perfectly housed in what appears to be the original case.
