Antique British sterling silver meerschaum pipe in case

We would like to introduce you to antique British pipes.

This pipe is called a "Meerschaum pipe" and is made from sepiolite, a mineral found in Türkiye.
The bowl is made of meerschaum and has a nice color.
The stem is made of tortoiseshell-like resin with a decorative piece made of pure silver in between.
There are signs of a crack being repaired on the stem, but it has been repaired properly and there is no clogging.
Comes neatly housed in the original leather case.
