Antique British Wedgwood Biscuit Barrel Jasperware Royal Blue

Introducing an antique British biscuit barrel.

This is a Jasperware biscuit barrel that is thought to date from around the early 20th century.
The lid and handles are made of silver plate, and the jasperware part is a deep blue called "royal blue."
This is a beautiful piece with detailed neoclassical reliefs based on ancient Greek and Roman motifs and a beautiful body shape.

- "WEDGWOOD" and "MADE IN ENGLAND" are engraved on the bottom.
