We present antique American perfume bottles.

This technique, called silver overlay, involves covering the surface of glass with pure silver decorations, and was widely produced in the United States from the late 19th century to the early 20th century.
This perfume bottle is believed to be from the American company Alvin, and is decorated with pure silver Art Nouveau-style floral motifs throughout.
The lid fits perfectly and it can still be used as a perfume bottle.
