This is an Albert chain made of British sterling silver, circa 1914.
The sterling silver base features a deep green blood stone with a hint of red and a red carnelian rotating fob.
The chain links are of the kihei type, with a thicker center section that gives it an antique feel.

Although there is some wear due to age, there are no noticeable scratches and it is in beautiful condition. The stone on the fob is free of cracks and chips and turns smoothly.
The T-bar and chain links are hallmarked for sterling silver by the Royal Assay Service
The clip is stamped "925" and appears to be new. The fob base is not stamped, but has been tested to be made of pure silver.
