We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver mug.
This is a work by Frederick Augustus Burridge of Birmingham, England, 1896.
It was built to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Queen Victoria's coronation (Diamond Jubilee).
The sides are decorated with three-dimensional embossed portraits of Queen Victoria from 1837 and 1897, and the lower half and upper part of the handle are intricately carved.
It is made of thick silver and is heavier than it looks.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
