We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver card case.

This is a card case that would have been custom-made for an upper-class person at the time.
The surface decoration is so beautiful that no two pieces are alike.

This work was created by Robert Thornton , Birmingham, England in 1871.
The piece is decorated with Victorian botanical scrollwork throughout.
The cartouche on the front is engraved with a monogram that appears to be the initials of the first owner.
It is large enough to fit current business cards without any problem and can hold about 15 business cards.

It is neatly stored in the original leather-covered box and is in excellent condition with almost no signs of wear, scratches or distortion.
