We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver cigarette case.
This work was created by "Henry Matthews" in Birmingham, England in 1899.
Judging from the size, it appears to be a cigar case for small cigars rather than cigarettes.
Both sides are decorated with elaborate hand-carved relief carvings, with different designs of "Lovers on a swing in the woods" on one side and "A country house surrounded by woods" on the other.
It is in good condition with no noticeable scratches, dents or distortions.
