The Albert Chain is a chain with a bar for attaching a buttonhole and a pocket watch to the clip.
This is a sterling silver Albert chain from around 1900.
It is fitted with a sterling silver medallion fob with a gold plated cartouche monogrammed with the first owner's initials.
The chain links are of the antique type with a thicker center.
