Made by Allen & Darwin, Sheffield, England, circa 1890.
This is a set of six pairs of dessert cutlery with white mother-of-pearl handles.
Both ends of the handle are beautifully decorated with carved sterling silver ornaments, and in the center of the handle is engraved a monogram that is believed to be the initials of the first owner.
This is a beautiful cutlery with intricate decoration even on the blade.
