Vintage German map measure and compass in box

Introducing the German vintage map measure.

A map measure is a tool that measures distances on a map by rolling it on the map.
The opposite side of the map measure is a compass (direction magnet).
I don't know the manufacturer or era, but the word "GERMANY" is written on the disc.
The map measure and compass both work well and the box is still there.
